Rayan AlSalman, Managing Director of IRSA, brings over 14 years of experience in strategic communications, annual reporting, and corporate identity development. He has led more than 150 national and corporate projects, ensuring alignment with CMA and Tadawul disclosure requirements.
Rayan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University and completed the Oxford Real Estate Investment Programme at the University of Oxford. Recognized as a trusted advisor to boards and executives, he combines strategic vision with disciplined execution to deliver investor relations solutions that enhance transparency, build market trust, and support sustainable growth.

Faisal AlShalawi is the CIO of FAAD Partners and a member of its Investment Committee. He previously served as an advisor to H.E. the Minister of Investment (MISA) and has held key roles at the National Company Promotion Program, Deutsche Gulf Finance, Andalus Capital (US), and Alinma Investment Company. Faisal holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University (USA), a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Saud University, and a postgraduate diploma in Investment and Finance from the Institute of Public Administration. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
In addition to his investment background, Faisal brings valuable expertise in corporate governance, financial communication, and strategic advisory, enabling him to provide critical guidance on market engagement, governance frameworks, and capital markets communication.
